Biography
Otto Doblhoff-Dier received his PhD in Food and Biotechnology from the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences in Vienna in 1987, where he also habilitated in 1995. He acted as Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer and Authorised Representative for onepharm R&D and Savira Pharmaceuticals in Vienna and as Vice President of Global Manufacturing, Aphton Corporation. Since 2011 he has been Vice Rector for Research and International Relations at the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna. Otto Doblhoff-Dier is, among other things, a member of the Assembly of Delegates of the Austrian Science Fund FWF and a member of the Board of Trustees of the OeAD and the ÖAWI.
