Biography
Katharina Rieck studied Educational Sciences, German Studies and Library and Information Science at the University of Vienna, King’s College London and Humboldt University Berlin. She has been responsible for Open Science and research data management at the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) since 2014 and coordinates the programme to support Open Access publications. She represents the FWF in national and international bodies such as cOAlition S, the Science Europe Working Group on Open Science, the Science Europe Working Group on Research Assessment, the Crossref Funders Advisory Group and was on the core team of OANA, among others.
